El tamaño de la habitación impedía casi abrir la Maleta. Solicitamos cambio y nos dieron una algo mejor. Estábamos en segundo piso sin ascensor

Un hotel encantador! Desde que entras por la entrada principal hasta el dormitorio. Todo muy lindo y limpio. La cama muy comoda, el desayuno un sueño! Pasamos una estadía perfecta

The worst client experience that you can have. The photos of the rooms are misleading; the rooms are much worse than they look in the pictures. The bed faces a wall, but you can’t see that in the photos. Between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m., the manager isn’t available, and the person at the front desk can’t make any decisions and is very rude. No sense of service whatsoever, other than stating that this is the standard room we booked. Very haughty and not at all solution-oriented. We insisted on a refund, but they refused. Beware of misleading photos! For this price, stay at 5-star hotels in Cascais—they’re much nicer and cost the same price than this hotel. We wanted to try the boutique hotel experience, but what service !

Location, and soul of the place. Authentic decor.. Super friendly staff, helpful and dedicated. Excellent restaurant on premises and delicious breakfast in the morning.

A little puzzled by the faucet configuration in the bathroom but staff helped out effectively. Air conditioning systems outside our room fired up early in the morning, noisily. Only negative point, really...
