Lage Zentral und nahe zum Bahnhof

Das Hotel hat ein technisches Problem! Bei unserem 4 tägigen Aufenthalt, hatte der technische Dienst es nicht geschafft die Klimaanlage zum laufen zu bringen. Das bei über 30 Grad! Lichtsteuerung funktioniert auch nicht. Wir mussten 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln!

Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, a 10 min a piedi dalla cattedrale. La stanza è silenziosa, ampia e confortevole. Il bagno della giusta dimensione con una doccia top. Lo staff molto cordiale e gentile

Purtroppo le temperature esterne erano molto alte e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte per dormire nonostante fossimo al piano terra.

Ruhige schöne Lage.

Frühstück teuer.

Am schönsten war einfach das ganze Ambiente, es passte alles zusammen, und der Look ist romantisch und stilvoll, passte also perfekt zu unserem Trip ins Moulin Rouge. Einfach nur wunderschön und voll mein Geschmack. Auch das Zimmer war nicht zu überladen an Dekoration. Das Badezimmer mit der wunderschönen Tapete einfach nur ein Hingucker. Es war alles sauber und die Betten waren gemütlich. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und lecker. Die Lage bis zum Dom und bis zum Musical Dom einfach nur perfekt.

An dem Hotel gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Old-fashioned on the outside, quirky and kitsch on the inside. Good breakfast. The bar in reception was a good place to have a drink at the end of the day. Perfect location for station, cathedral, river and old town.

Excelente acomodação! Camas confortáveis, quarto aconchegante e bem decorado. Banheiro grande, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, enfim tudo perfeito!

Hotel super Lage, alles zu Fuss gut erreicht. ruhiges Zimmer

Frühstücksbuffet eher Standard, deutscher Kaffee. Etwas plüschige Zimmerausstattung.

Eigene Tiefgarage und direkt im Zentrum.

Klimaanlage war defekt bei 34 grad Außentemperatur. Gab dafür keinerlei Preisnachlässe, selbst das Glas Sekt für 13 EUR! an der Bar gab’s dafür nicht aufs Haus. Schlechte Service!

The breakfast made this hotel delightful, as did the very good cleaning services. A good full German breakfast always helps start the day off well. The proximity to the train station and Dom cannot be beat. The staff is cheerful and helpful. If you can score a spot on the terrace for breakfast then life is very good indeed. The coffee bar is great! I did not visit the alcohol bar but it is quite beautiful. Very quiet on the first floor in the lobby.

So apparently I had what they describe as „their cheapest room.“ Never great words directly from a hotel! The tiny room had exactly enough for one person and nichts mehr. No amenities, no pretty wallpaper, no special touches; Just a room that hasn’t been updated in a very long time. It unfortunately sits over the entrance to the hotel and a park where other guests, the local homeless and teenagers hang out to smoke, shout and play music (this is not the hotel’s fault; they cannot control the city!). The room included two lamps that do not stay up and a tv that may have been as large as the bed! It is a disappointing room, regardless of the price. At least the ceiling could be patched correctly! A fan would be a lovely addition. For such a beautiful hotel this economy room felt like a disregard. For those who care there is no air conditioning which is not a problem unless the room is so small that it heats up very quickly! Again, a small fan would go very far. I still think this is a lovely hotel. The staff was limited in helping me out but were polite about it. If I stayed again I would ask more questions instead of just taking the advertised special.
