Spacious room, convenient location. Sound insulation good when windows closed.

Air conditioning / ventilation in the room was not functioning. Staff was polite but not helpful about addressing the issue (assuming it could not be fixed, then another room? a fan? a discount/ partial refund? Even an apology with the offer of drink on the house would have meant a lot)

Номер был с окнами во внутренний дворик, поэтому шума от дороги и поездов не слышали. Очень чисто, номер убирали в удобное для нас время , тщательно и быстро.

Слабый сигнал WIFI. Один день интернет вообще не работал, регистрация на рейс была проблемой

Close to the train station, very spacious and great amenities

Ventilation was broken, but one of the night porters was helpful to come and do a temporary fix. In terms of area, it's very close to train station, but the 7 min walk is depressing, with plenty of rough characters on the street
