Die Lage des Hotels ist gut - damit hat sich's aber.

Wir hatten zwei DZ Superior für zwei Nächte gebucht. In beiden Zimmern keine Aircondition - bei Aussentemperaturen von 35Grad. Zwar stand in einem Zimmer ein Tischventilator. Dieser brachte jedoch auch nicht viel, da das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft schon so warm war.Für das zweite Zimmer mussten wir einen verlangen! Dieses lag dann auch noch zur Strasse, wo bis spät in die Nacht sehr, sehr laut Bowling gespielt wurde (von Hotelgästen). Die Begründung, dass sich drei Firmen wegen der defekten Aircondition streiten, nützt uns als Gäste gar nichts. Und das Personal kann ja auch nichts dafür. Für den Preis war das Frühstück eher mittelmässig.

Muffige Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, abgenutzte Möbel mit sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren, ein veraltetes Badezimmer - keinerlei Wohlfühlatmosphäre - kein Haus auf 4 Sterne Niveau. Der Empfang war zurückhaltend, kein herzliches Wilkkommen, keine Tipps, keine Informationen oder Fragen.

Das Hotel machte einen guten Eindruck

Probleme beim Check-in, Zimmer um 15 Uhr nicht fertig, Upgrade beinhaltete ein DZ welches für EZ gerichtet war ...wieder Handtücher, Kissen, Decke besorgen ... Hotel war an diesem Tag einfach mega überfordert und schlecht organisiert. Die Dame an der Reception war seeeeehr bemüht, kann aber auch nicht zaubern...

Super Lage Nähe Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal.

Frühstück p.P. 22 Euro, das war es nicht wert. Da geht man besser außerhalb frühstücken.
