Staff are nice

Need to walk about 1 - 2 km to central city attraction

Nice hotel with a very helpful staff, rooms really are high quality, exactly what you can expect of this brand. Swimming pool was nice and is open to pretty late in the evening which is a nice plus.

The corridors and hallways smelled of cigarettes. We were hoping this wouldn’t be the case in a western brand hotel but unfortunately also here this is the case. Fortunately our room was ok.

We were upgraded to a more spacious room. The staff were kind and polite. Location of this hotel is fantastic.

The air-conditioning was centralized and we could not adjust the temperature. The room conditioning was set to 30 degree Celsius which was pretty hot. We had to turn the air-conditioning off in the middle of the night, as we started sweating. Checked with the reception but was told that it was centralized and they could not do anything about it.
