This was our 4th time at DV chalet, but first time since 2019, and we were pleased to find that it was still as fantastic as ever. Most importantly, the staff are all amazing - super helpful, great with our kids, and always willing to sort things out for us (restaurant reservations, airport transfers, sending forgotten items to us back home etc). Thank you Remo, Sabrina, Lorella, Daniel, Francesco and Antonella!! Secondly, the food is all amazing, great breakfast and fantastic dinners - they made a huge effort on Valentine's Day, and then on the Tuesday there was a special regional menu. Really good. Finally, the location is great for skiing - Daniel does the drop off and pick up very efficiently, only a few minutes to several different lifts. The rooms are all a good size and nicely decorated/furnished. Plus there's a spa with pool, sauna, therapist available (amazing massage). Highly recommended

It is for me and my wife a genuine pleasure to be able to receive pampering and care at a personalized level. A non-standard, very intimate style of hospitality is dedicated. We will always go back, in summer and winter, because we love the exclusive distinction it offers.

職員非常親切有禮， 房間舒適乾淨，浴室用品齊全抽到跟住呢，餐廳食物水準非常高早餐，早餐食物非常優質，對小孩子親切友善。 酒店附設的水療設施非常之有水準，能夠身心放鬆啊。 酒店附近的行山徑非常適合一家大小。總體來說非常滿意。

We were delighted with this Hotel from the moment we walked in we were treated as very special guests. Sabrina on the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful checking us in and telling us of all the services within the hotel and showing us to our rooms. Every staff member we met greeted us with a smile and a happy Buongiorno. We had rooms on the top floor which were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our room was not the largest but the bed was big and very comfy.The towels in the shower were plush and plentiful and the toiletries top of the line. This being a skiing holiday the towels were changed twice a day which was a very nice touch. We had booked Bed and breakfast only as we wished to try the many restaurants that M di C offered but we ate on the first night in the 2nd of the two in house eateries and it was a lovely meal superbly cooked and presented. As it turned out we also ate on our last night at the hotel and the meal was just as good. There is another 1 star Michelin restaurant we did not get the chance to eat at ,Dolomieu, but spoke to a number of guests who did and their reports were that it was also very nice. Without doubt one of the outstanding features of DV Chalet are the staff from the breakfast room servers who were just so helpful and professional the breakfast was also very very plentiful and delicious. To the hotel driver Daniel who will pick you up in the morning to take you to whichever lift you require and return you, after your days skiing, to the hotel. While driving imparting various bits of local knowledge and stories. Really great service from the Hotel. The location is an easy 8 minutes walk to the centre of town. So the hotel is in a quiet area. They say you get what you pay for and the Hotel is not the cheapest I have stayed in but frankly I think it is worth every Euro. 5 stars from me!

We stayed here for a week’s skiing and the hotel was wonderful. Our room was large and really great style and comfort. The breakfast was fantastic and the afternoon tea and the dinners we had too. The spa facilities were great and the treatments were outstanding. The shuttle too and from the ski slopes was brilliant and always fast. The hotel itself was only a few minutes walk from the nearest lift in any case. The staff were so helpful arranging our ski hire and ski lessons as well as giving us some lovely gifts when we left. I can not recommend this hotel any more and combined with great skiing we will be back soo soon!

We spent 4 nights at the DV Chalet for our first ski trip in Italy. We were slightly concerned after reading some of the mixed reviews on TripAdvisor, but our expectations were completely surpassed. The hotel lives up to its "boutique" branding and we were very impressed with our room and the common areas (including the spa). The location is great - only a 5 minute walk into town. What really made DV stand out was the amazing service we received from all staff members. From the warm welcome, to the great shuttle service to & from the lifts provided by the fantastic Daniel, to the fact that everyone wished me a happy birthday after mentioning it once in passing (as well as providing a few thoughtful surprises), we couldn't think of any hotel in Europe where we've received better service. We're already planning our next ski trip in Madonna di Campiglio (and at the DV Chalet)!
