Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 1,5 km oberhalb des Bahnhofs von Lugano und ist am besten per Auto zu erreichen. Von außen macht das Hotel einen ordentlichen Eindruck, allerdings benötigt die Einrichtung bzw. Inventar des Hotels eine Auffrischung. Es scheint so, als würde man in den 70 er Jahren stehen geblieben sein und nicht wirklich viel Geld in die Modernisierung gesteckt haben. Hier ist doch dringend Modernisierungsbedarf nötig. Ansonsten ist das Personal freundlich (nur zwei Kontakte beim Ein und Auschecken, da sich die Rezeption im Untergeschoss befindet), allerdings wollte man uns beim Auschecken, Kosten für ein Frühstück aufdrücken, welches wir allerdings gar nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Ich würde das Hotel vom Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht empfehlen und nicht noch einmal buchen.
La camera era molto spaziosa e con una vista spettacolare. La camera era sempre ben pulita. Il wifi in camera funzionava molto. Una sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante e a poco abbiamo mangiato bene.
Preisleistungdverhältnis ganz gut (beim Expedia-Preis von knapp 60,- € pro Nacht, gemessen an schweizer Preisen) die Zimmer sind viel zu klein, als Einzelzimmer ok, aber als Doppel ist kaum Platz, mal irgendetwas wegzulegen oder anzuhängen. Erfreulich ist, dass es sauber ist. Die abendliche Küche sollte man sich lieber sparen.

Hyggeligt hotel i rolige omgivelser, med altan og udsigt over Lugano. Gratis parkering og wifi. Tv'et virkede ikke, men de øvrige faciliteter var ok. Mulighed for morgenmad på hotellet - det så ok ud, men vi tog ind til byen og fik morgenmad på en cafe.
Preis/Leistung ist okay, sehr ruhig, sonst ziemlich antiquiert...
This was an excellent hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. We got a very nice welcome and found the room to be very satisfactory. The interior of the common room was very nice and the building itself beautiful. Also, we had forgotten one of our iphones in our room and when dialling them to ask the staff to send it to us they were very accommodating!
