Hôtel simple, mais propre. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner. Suffisant pour nous, du fait que nous étions de passage avec 1 nuit. L'accueil est plutôt simple, ou bof ! Disons que le rapport prix/qualité est juste toléré.

Quartier d habitations, convient plutôt à la personne qui souhaite juste dormir pour pas cher peu importe l état de la chambre car un peu vieillot mais suffisant si le but est de visiter lugano et non de séjourner à l hotel.

Tuer von Duschkabine war kaputt, auf die Toilette konnte man sich nur schräge drauf setzen so wenig Platz war dort, ansonsten merkte man auch, dass Zimmer und Balkon nicht mehr gepflegt wurden, das zusätzlich eingenommene Abendessen war ein Witz (ein paar Kartoffeln mit 3 kleinen Haehnchenstuecken, Salat war nicht angemacht) und zu teuer (zuerst 20 Eur pro Person, nach Verhandlung noch 15 Euro), Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden !!!

Hotel vecchio scadente con un odore sgradevole nell'ambiente. Il materasso discreto, il bagno piccolo vecchio brutto una doccia deparata fatiscente senza illuminazione con la porta che non chiude piu. Il ristorante vuoto caro e indegno, il cameriere che cucina con giacca elegante e capelli lunghi senza disporre ne di formaggio per una zuppa. Cibo mangiabile. Una BETTOLA.

The worst hotel we have ever been. It's is NOT a hotel. Information is misleading.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. The rooms were extremely basic -NO lamps-only light in room was a very basic ceiling fixture, had a small TV. Breakfast was supposed to be continental just bread and home made jam with a bottle of orange juice it was so basic . Cheese was extra cost, expensive breakfast, should have been included in B&B price.The hotel and the rooms looked very old including the furnishing . There were cobwebs on the walls (which you can't see because of the dim lighting), the towels are threadbare, the beds are hard and the pillows flat. No fan in the room, uncomfortable in the room due to style air. The service we got from this hotel was also poor, the lady manager was unfriendly and no understanding of customer care. She was more interested in getting me to sign the credit card payment as soon as we arrived there.

If you like the unconventional, 60's inspired and slightly tacky hotel, this is your place. But it's cheap and I slept well. Check out the shower in the living room, pretty unique.
