Villa Mediterana

This is the second time we have joined Vila Mediterana. Five years ago it was a lucky coincidence that we got to this beautiful place, and this year it was another lucky and safe bet. We did not expect to get better care than 5 years ago, but we got it! Nice room with a spacious bed, a large balcony with a beautiful sea view and a terrace, a kettle with full service and of course complete wellness accessories for the bathroom. We had a private beach a few steps away, including free sunbeds, umbrellas and towels. Also a beach restaurant and free parking. And whatever we wished for, we got it at any time. Even as a vegetarian, I felt completely satisfied. The main focus is the always helpful manager Ivan and his excellent team - we can call it the "Dream Team", who are ready 24/7 and are happy to turn any wish into reality. This is 100% 5-star service and we are grateful that they had us on our vacation. We look forward to coming back soon!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein großes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Betten bequem. Parkplätze kostenfrei und immer vorhanden, auch in der Haupsaison. Frühstück sehr gut. Restaurant am Abend top. Toller Service und fantastische Küche. Kostenfreie Liegen und Sonnenschirm gehören am Strand ebenfalls dazu. Die Lage ist ideal um Trogir und Split zu erkunden. Im Ganzen alles top.

This place is pretty, convenient, well kept, well managed and overall awesome but the real value is their staff especially Katja "the multipractic" (as she calls herself) or in American English Jill of All Trades. She covers the front desk, she is the hostess, she takes our food orders, she brings our food, she is the DJ etc etc. We showed up early for breakfast and they didn't kick us out :D I hope the owners of this place pay her in gold because she is worth it. She is the perfect example of what an employee should be and what customer service should be. She literally handles her job with the care of an owner. She should open a little business and train others in customer service because Croatia (and the region) could use it. So, yes, we recommend this place - the food is excellent, it's right on the little private beach with loungers and umbrellas, it feels peaceful and secluded, the price seems reasonable, they have plenty of parking, there is a store and a bakery about 10 min away on foot, it is about 15 min from the airport.

Jeg har sjekket inn, helt ok. Men jeg har aldri innsjekkingsopplevelser, reiseopplevelser, jobbopplevelse. Derimot har jeg naturopplevelser, musikkopplevelser. Jeg har mao ikke opplevelser der økonomisk transaksjon er en del. Denne språkbruken rir norsk næringsliv som en mare og er ganske bevisstløs.

The staff at this property are wonderful. Beautiful clean room with huge balcony. The dining room is very elegant and breakfast excellent. Our only complaint which was quite costly for us is that the jacuzzi which is listed through Expedia as an amenity without any acknowledgements costs involved. It does have a cost per hour which we were unaware. We enjoyed it so we also used it in the am quickly before we left so we were charged twice. It was a beautiful hot tub and sauna area and private but we just asked to use the jucuzzi and we were not aware of price. When things like parking are listed as a fee Expedia clearly lists this expenditure. The use of jacuzzi should also be itemized as a cost. I was shown that it is listed in the hotel as a fee but unfortunately this is not where we looked. So Canadians booking through Expedia beware of this cost (75.00 Canadian) but I would still highly recommend staying here.
