The hotel was unacceptable. Dirty towels, dirty pillows, dirty room spaces, and rude staff. What they show in the photos is a thousand times worse and completely run-down. They don't believe in maintenance at all. The breakfast was below average, and the hospitality was terrible. Hotels like this exist just to take advantage of tourists. Stay away.

Location is excellent as its right inside the medina and there are excellent vegetarian options nearby. The staff was very flexible with our timing and our food needs and the breakfast was served as per our needs and preference. For those experiencing Riad for the first time, please be mindful that usually Riad are inside medina and hence access to vehicles is limited, so you will have to hire porter service (which the staff at Riad will help get) to carry your luggage from the car to the Riad.

Nous avons passés une séjour incroyable mouneim, et Mounia, sont d'une gentillesse et d'un accueil vraiment extraordinaire. Nous avons mangé au restaurant du riad , une cuisine magnifique, et nous avons aussi fais les massages au riad, au top. Je recommande les yeux fermés ce riad , au coeur de la médina.

Das Riad ist sehr gut, sehr sauber, gut gelegen und ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht, aber es hat nicht funktioniert. 😔 Der Preis ist etwas teuer. Der Leiterer Monaim ist sehr aufmerksam. Ich bewerte das Riad mit 7/10
