Please also note that the reception is open until 22:00. On Sundays the reception closes at 21:00. For check-in after this time, please contact the property before arrival. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Excellent cycle shed. Lovely food. Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely view over the Rhine. All very modern, clean and immaculate. Great room and very comfortable.

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Abendessen sehr gut.

Leider hatte der Duschvorhang im Bad ekelhafte dicke Schimmelflecken, das geht gar nicht, warum soll ich mit Badeschuhe in die Dusche gehen?

Comfortable quiet hotel. Located out of town up a steep hill a little out of town so as we were on a bike and didn't feel like riding back down the hill and into town had to have the buffet dinner as well as the breakfast at the Hotel. Beds were comfortable and is in a quiet location.

Frühstück, Aussicht vom Balkon und Hallenbad waren gut.

Der Zimmer service und Handtücher wechseln musste täglich bis 9:00 Uhran der Rezeption beantragt werden und wenn mann glück hatte wurde es gemacht. Das ist unzumutbar!!!

"Nice but strict."

Swimming pool, nice breakfast

We could only stay one night instead of two nights and couldn’t cancel the second night or get a refund for the breakfast. We even had to pay two nights for the dog.
