Fiji Hideaway Resort & Spa

Die Lage war sehr schön und wir konnten viele Aktivitäten in Anspruch nehmen, wie z.b. Schnorcheln und Riffwanderung mit einem Guide. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und lecker.

There was no water, even for toilet

So disappointed . I was so looking forward to visiting Hideaway again after a great experience in 2004 . However the change of management is not for the better . The pool was filthy The towels ran out by 11 am . The activities staff were rude and unhelpful. The worst thing is that the food is disgusting. Breakfast is ok but the à la carte dinner is of such poor quality that I will never go back . The positives are the reef break for surfers , the beautifully maintained gardens and the spa services . The Japanese grill restaurant is a welcome addition but it is expensive and the service is poor . The Fijian staff in the resort are as friendly as ever but they don’t look happy. The Indian manager of the spa was very rude and unhelpful . Such a shame , Hideaway under its Australian owner used to be the jewel of the Coral Coast . Now it is best avoided .

Nothing, no umbrella in the rain. Very hard to go to the dining room. No water coming. Complaint but was ignored today at the reception
