Die Deluxe Beachfront Bure direkt am Wasser war super, geräumig mit einem bequemen Bett und einer leisen Aircon. Der Hängesessel auf der Veranda mit Blick aufs Meer war wunderbar. Der Zimmerservice schien mir etwas zufällig zu sein, mal wurde das Bett gemacht und frische Handtücher gebracht, mal nicht. Empfehlenswert ist ein Auto, was ich häufig genutzt habe, denn das Essen im Restaurant war so okay. Das Frühstück durchaus gut, aber konsequent ohne Abwechslung. Einen Cocktail an der Barr habe ich mir nur einmal gegönnt, der war teuer und mittelprächtig. Hab mich dann selbst versorgt, es gibt ja einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Am Pool und im Restaurant wird Unterhaltung und Action geboten, manchmal mit lauter Musik. Zum Glück war meine Bure weit genug weg davon. Durch das vorgelagerte Riff ist das Meer wie eine Badewanne, warm und bei Ebbe knietief, superklares Wasser. Man kann die Fische auch ohne Schnorchel sehen. Riffschuhe sind von Vorteil. Kann man für 10 FjD pro Tag mieten oder für 30 FjD zB im 10Min entfernten Baravi Handicrafts kaufen. Das Personal war immer super freundlich.

The attention by staff at the restaurant is not good, especially during breakfast. The restaurant and the meals were disappointing.

Nothing it was awful

Everything which is why we only stayed 2 days instead of 16!!! That tells you everything that we have lost $6000 but could not stay there any longer

The restaurant staff could benefit from additional training in hospitality. We were not informed about breakfast or dinner times, and the staff did not approach us with menus. The restaurant by the pool did not have air conditioning, and the music was excessively loud, even though it was the only area with Wi-Fi access. Additionally, the food options were quite limited and did not meet expectations.

We booked for 16 nights and stayed for two (only because we couldn't secure suitable accommodation before this) we have been charged for all 16 nights. Raw sewage stench, no TV or WiFi in the outdated and run-down rooms. The place is like a poorly run holiday camp from the 1970s.. The kitchens should be closed and no alternative nearby, we simply could not stay here. AVIOD. AVOID, AVOID. 4 star resort that would fail to make 2 stars. Once again AVOID THIS RESORT!! On check out we stated the issues (nothing that was fixable within our stay period) and the receptionist said "I completely understand " This is a fraudulent misrepresentation of the words hospitality and resort.

Staff at Hideaway were friendly and made us feel so welcome. We can’t remember all the beautiful staff names, but a few that we can and would like to mention are Kini, Ommy, and David. Everyone was amazing! Our room was secluded, clean and very nice. The grounds are kept looking stunning. Next time on visiting we would hire a car to make getting around easier as there are lots of places to visit 15 minutes to 90 minutes drive away. Dinner menu changed nightly, which made eating at the restaurants easy. Thank you Hideaway for a relaxing and enjoyable week.
