Comfort Suites Smyrna - Nashville Area

We arrived in the late afternoon and check in was quick and easy. We got into the room, unpacked and got settled. The room itself was spacious, bathroom clean and bed comfy. The one drawback was the DUST. I was able to actually write my name in it! I suffer from asthma and breathing it in didn’t help. We thought perhaps it was an oversight and waited for the next day’s room service. Same thing. I eventually had to clean it up myself. Upon check out we tried to tell the front desk about the problem but NO ONE was there. NO ONE. So we just dropped the door card and left. Other than that drawback the stay was ok. Some seedy people hanging in the lot at night but we overlooked it. My suggestion is to go over room cleaning with the staff. If you keep up with the dust it won’t catch up with you!

Clean, decent breakfast that was served hot. Pizza delivery to our room available. Didn't use the pool but we saw it and the workout room... They look nice. Friendly staff and close parking. 😁🏨👍📌✔️

Booked a room via internet. When we got there to check in, staff was extremely RUDE. Wouldn't let us check-in with our confirmation which I paid for online, without a credit card. Eventhough I had already paid for the room. Manager was called in and even he was RUDE and InSULTING. DO NOT STAY HERE. If you want to avoid a hassel and horrible people, stay nextdoor or down the street.

The hotel was advertised as new in the traveler coupon book, so we went in. The exterior was clean. The lobby looked nice. The room was not clean. The hotel may be new, but the carpet looked 10 years old or older and was dirty. The bathroom had mold in one corner. Most of the furniture was older and had chips in the wood. The three employees I talked with were not friendly at all. Scary would be a better word. Nothing in our stay said bada book and nobody shined. The breakfast was forgettable. Won't make that mistake again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, standard selection for this class of hotel. Walls were a bit thin, could hear TV and people conversing in other room(s). Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but looked well maintained. Overnight was quiet, hotel wasn’t very busy.

Stayed at this property two nights recently. Walls are very thin and have no problem hearing entire conversation in next room. Wi-fi (at least in room 311) is not totally reliable as it connects and disconnects at random. Breakfast offering is average at best. Be very alert if you're a Choice Rewards member. I presented my card at check-in but noticed that my card number was not on my receipt at check-out. Went to front desk and "broney" (name on receipt) indicated he had added my number. Upon checking my rewards activity, both nights were shown as "cancelled". Since I believe they pay for the points, it appears to be an attempt to save money. Very bad!!! Will never go back!

A decent place for the money.

The hotel was great the rooms lobby and pool were very clean!! The night person that worked the desk was very rude and not very helpful. Other than the rude night staff person my stay was great!

The hotel looks great from the outside, like brand new, the lobby is nice, but once I entered my room it was very disappointing. The carpet is ripped up from the entrance door to the bathroom, the carpet was filthy, so bad that I would not take off my socks to walk on the floor. The furniture looked like it had been purchased from a garage sale, the desk chair arm rest were all chewed up. I actually moved out the next day to another hotel in the area this room was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just want to cheap place to stay and don't care about cleanliness.If you are looking for a good continental breakfast this is also not the place to stay. I go to Smyrna for business and this was my first time and I will not stay there again. I don't know how this hotel got the 4+ rating, I also had 3 colleagues with me and they said the same about their rooms, we all moved to another hotel.
