Comfort Suites Smyrna - Nashville Area

This place is nasty. Hairs, stains, and smells all over sheets and towels. Lights are never turned on in sitting areas, or halls. Sticky substances on all tops of surfaces in rooms. Finger prints on everything. This place is just nasty. The entire hotel has a very strong smell air freshener smell to cover up all the nasty smells you’ll discover later. Grimy TV, grimy hair dryer, dirt and mud in elevator. This hotel could be very nice, but instead you are left wondering is my sheets and towels even clean.

Good hotel. front desk person was pretty non existant. did not speak, i had to holler to get him to come out. otherwise the room ok, bed was a little hard, but room was clean. had all the standard stuff in it.

Dirty tissues on bathroom floor. Sock from previous guest found in the bed. Guy running the desk in the evening of July 5th was quite rude. Never again at this place!!! For $130 I would have expected more. Felt like price gouging. 🥺

The owner Sam is a complete jerk. I stayed here 30 nights plus a year in the past. No more. Terrible attitude… filthy rooms. Usually a rough crowd standing near the bottom floor window till late at night.

I have stayed here several times because of work. The owner Sam cancels my reservation every time and remakes the reservation removing my rewards number. They also give you a hard time if you have to leave early. There is no breakfast except a frozen burrito that is terrible. He never greets you with anything more than an attitude. Doesn't respond to a simple hello or how are you. Spending 60+ nights a year in this hotel you'd think he would be more friendly. I will spend my nights elsewhere. Jose is the kid in the morning and he is never at the counter and you have to wait or he is on his phone scrolling.

I always stay at a Comfort Inn but the Comfort Inn Suites in Smyrna TN was the worst room ever. Hotel front desk staff was extremely rude. Lobby area had a strong odor. Dead bugs found in the window seals and around the beds. They also said they do not like leasing rooms to locals. If you have other options I would not recommend this hotel .

I was in the lobby of Comfort Suites Smyrna on March 19th, 2020 when two separate vendors for the property were at the front desk attempting to collect payment for services. The Owner/Manager was very ugly to the two vendors who were just asking to be paid for past due invoices.

By far the worst choice hotel we have used. Usually happy with choice. This hotel really let them down. Beds too hard. Terrible odor soon as you walk through door. Wasn't given any info about breakfast, wifi or even welcomed as a choice member. All baked goods at breakfast were too hard to eat, even the packaged ones were old and hard. Not a well kept hotel. Never stay here again. Bad example of choice brand.

Checked in really late. This hotel appears fairly new. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. They serve a typical continental breakfast. A really good location not too far from Nashville. Would definitely stay here again. Mid price - worth it.
