Sehr freundlicher Empfang, große Aula, schöne Bar und Lounge. Große Zimmer, saubere Bettwäsche, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

unfreundliche und arrogante Herren an der Bar. Wenig inspirierende Hotelanlage direkt am Strand, der Innenbereich noch sauber, schaut man über die Mauer wird es eklig. Die Zimmer sind ok, im Detail aber sehr runtergekommen, Türschlösser defekt, Armaturen im Bad schmuddelig und teils defekt.

Loud music: 4 out of 5 days it felt that my room was inside a night club! It was exhausting. Live music can be nice but so loud and with poor speakers it was impossible to have a good meal or chill by the pool. We had escape the hotel just to get some peace and quiet time.

I really like the hotel's location. The Best Western Hotel is situated on the Atlantic beach, which sets it apart from other hotels and gives it a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel places great value on its clients, and I truly appreciate that. The rooms at Best Western are very clean, and the compound is also well-maintained. The environment is beautiful and quiet, making it a perfect place for people who want to relax and reset their minds.

The whole time here at Best Western Plus was awesome, but only WiFi was the only issue

The service was okay and everything else but the challenge l had most was problems with the wifi. The wifi connectivity was poor and if you would kindly work on improving the internet wifi connection then it would be great.But otherwise the rooms were clean neat and fresh the stuff were friendly as well l really enjoyed my stay Thank you ☺️

I had a very nice experience at the best western plus Accra hotel. Especially the front desk services particularly, Carota Naana who left her post to help treat bruises I had from slipping off the stairs. Also with the house keepers, they prepared meals by as early as 4:20 am to help we the Muslims observe our fasts. The cleaners too were top notch☺️ Thank you so much, best western plus hotel.

I enjoyed most aspects of my stay at the hotel. The employees were welcoming and took great care of the visitors, and the service was excellent. The only issue I experienced was the internet connectivity, which could be improved.
