Pleasant stay, clean comfortable room, staff were lovely and helpful

Breakfast was a bit basic

Right smack in the middle of the nice Portuguese neighborhood. Well kept heritage hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

The bed was really too small for two Europeans. What I also didn’t like was that we had booked for four nights but unfortunately had to cut it short. They were willing to look into a refund but couldn’t because it was reserved through booking.com. So in the end it was an expensive stay.

Restaurant for evening meal pretty poor. No idea of GF food and the pork we had was all fat and bone and no meat

Breakfast was simple but with fresh fruit and omlets always available. Coffee would have been more enoyable if it was real and not Nescafe. The surrounding area has many traditional old houses, and is a lovely place to walk, partularly in the early mornings and evenings when it is quiet. Panjim Inn is a very special and delightful traditional Portuguese/Goa Heritage Home, very beautifully decorated with colonial furniture and antiques, both in rooms and in public areas. Have stayed here several times, and I always look forward to returning.

Unfortunately the area attracts a huge number of Indian tourists, many of whom are outright disrespectful to local residents and the traditional culture. It is very annoying to see scantily-dressed, prancing and posing tourists, taking selfies inside local churches, in residents' gardens, peering through people's windows, blocking the roads, and crowding the small streets and lanes of the old town. This behavior has an effect on residents, and I completely sympathise with their reactions. Fortunately, most of these people are gone by sunset.

No lift so a bit of a struggle to bring suitcases down when checking out.

Nice old-fashioned charm. Very attentive and friendly head waiter mattresses. Perfect location. Very good breakfasts with varying assortment each day.

Mattresses somewhat hard. The roof terrace with its nice spa could be furnished a little more attractive.

The hotel is well located for exploring Panjim, especially the historic Fontahaus area. The style of the hotel is very traditional - very much to our liking! Every member of staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had a small child travelling with us and the staff made him very welcome!! If you are looking for an authentic Goan experience, then this is for you. If your preference is for a modern travelodge type hotel, then maybe not

Lovely room and location.

Was initially shown 2 rooms which were dark. This happened last time I stayed. My advice don’t settle on the first or second room offered if you are not happy with it. Breakfast was limited.
