Hotel bien situé, pas loin du centre de Vielha. Parking gratuit. Chambre d une propreté irréprochable.

L hôtesse d accueil ne parle pas un mot de français et comme il y avait un bug informatique à notre arrivée, l enregistrement fût long et compliqué !! Et 18e supplémentaire pour notre teckel, je trouve cela un peu cher !! Même si elle a eu droit à un coussin et des gamelles ! Et la télé, toutes les chaînes en espagnol...pour un lieu touristique c est un peu dommage aussi !

La atencion en recepcion y el trato en el restaurant muy buena aparte que la comida estava muy rica los camareros eran atentos y el metre de sala muy profesional

Habia un grupo de estudiante en semana blanca que armaron un poco de ruido por los pasillos por la noche, porque una de las cosas que este hotel la direccion tendria que cambiar son las puerta de las habitaciones,son muy delgadas y antiguas y resuenan al abrir y cerrar es bastante molesto por la noche. Me imagino que mas de un cliente le ha pasado este caso, Un consejo para la direccion Cambiar las puertas de las habitaciones que son muy anticuadas y molestas acusticamente hablando Gracias!!!

PD et repas en buffet, copieux, divers. L' emplacement, parking devant l hôtel.

Que les gens sautent sur les plats, alors qu'il y avait du choix alors que les plats étaient remplacés rapidement. Le matin pas de respect dans les couloirs pour les personnes qui sont encore couchées Chambre un peu petite.
