"Serious privacy breach (staff entered room despite Do Not Disturb), combined with poor maintenance and unreliable servic"

Nothing in particular.

Very poor experience. The most serious issue was a clear breach of privacy: hotel staff entered our room despite a clearly visible “Do Not Disturb” sign and left a note inside. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of basic hotel standards. There were also multiple maintenance issues, including a defective bathroom door that could not function properly and a loose/broken door handle. In addition, we observed water leakage in the corridor near our room, which raised concerns about the overall condition of the property. The general condition of the hotel was clearly below the expected standard, with visible wear such as burn marks and damage on the carpet and other signs of poor maintenance. Cleaning was inconsistent, and on at least one occasion it was requested but not carried out. All issues were reported during the stay via Booking.com, but were not properly addressed. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for a 4-star hotel.
