The location was excellent.

The customer service was disappointing. The person who checked us in, charged us for the last parking spot, however while we were dropping our bags off in the room, she sold the spot to the customer who checked in after us. When we came back downstairs (less than 5 minutes later) to move our car to the parking lot, she handed us our money back for the spot and told us it was no longer available. Additionally, she was rude to my husband when he was attempting to use the self service coffee in the lobby. That weekend was husband’s birthday and I was very disappointed by the treatment of the staff.

This is a very well run hotel which knows how to cater for tourists. Excellent breakfast. Would have stayed longer if I could.

Check-in closes at 1800, but they do warn you, and offer a keybox alternative if you tell them you will be late.

Beste Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Parkplatz gleich am Hotel. Richtig nettes Personal , man fühlt sich bestens untergebracht! Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Automat mit bestens gekühlten Getränken. Wenn es sich anbietet, werden wir gerne wiederkommen!
