Hotel Trapp

Location in town. 13 minutes walk from train station. Close to the town center with its restaurants and the cruise dock. Staff was pleasant.

No Air conditioning. Loud cars driving underneath our window. No fridge. No water to drink in room, and no coffee or tea in room either.

Fruehstueck war reichhaltig und die Lage des Hotels war optimal.

Ligging van hotel met eigen parkeergelegenheid, niet altijd plek. Kamer is schoon en goede bedden, airco op onze kamer. Ontbijt is fantastisch, vriendelijk personeel

Eigenlijk niets

The check-in process was nice and went smooth. The location of the hotel is very central and easy accessible.

During my stay, there was no staff available at reception overnight. I discovered late that no towels had been provided in the room, making it difficult to freshen up. Attempts to contact the hotel by phone, including the in room phone, went unanswered. As I had an early departure, I had to use bed sheets to dry myself the next morning. I reported the issue to a breakfast staff member and requested a follow up by someone from the management, which did not occur. I later contacted the hotel myself, while they apologized, the response suggested I should have put more effort into contacting someone or called again, which I had already done but without success. Unfortunately, beyond the apology, no effort was made to address the situation.

Toller Service, besonders beim Laden des E-Autos. Leckeres Frühstück. Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage sicher abstellen.
