Hotel Trapp

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Hotel Trapp in Rüdesheim. Da wir mit der ganzen Familie, inklusive eines Kleinkindes, unterwegs waren, hatten wir insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht. Alles war bestens organisiert und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – die Altstadt, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Praktisch fanden wir auch den Kühlschrank mit Getränken zur Selbstbedienung. Das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Spaziergänge durch Rüdesheim sowie für größere Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war.

Lätt att hitta. Bra parkering vid hotellet. God frukost. Gångavstånd till allt man ville se.

Vi saknade AC men som tur var fanns det en bordsfläkt. Frukosten var helt okej men saknade etiketter som sa vad det innehöll.

The location was excellent.

The customer service was disappointing. The person who checked us in, charged us for the last parking spot, however while we were dropping our bags off in the room, she sold the spot to the customer who checked in after us. When we came back downstairs (less than 5 minutes later) to move our car to the parking lot, she handed us our money back for the spot and told us it was no longer available. Additionally, she was rude to my husband when he was attempting to use the self service coffee in the lobby. That weekend was husband’s birthday and I was very disappointed by the treatment of the staff.
