this is an average Springhill suites....what is concerning is that if you stay multiple days, they will not clean your room or put in clean towels...it seems if you want your room cleaned daily ( towels and trash emptied) you had best make multiple reservations and check out and back in each day

Front desk staff were lovely! Hotel itself is quite nice, bed was comfy.. only issue was I think housekeeping could’ve done a slightly better job as we found a bottle wrapper on a chair and crumbs on the couch!

The hotel looks very nice.

This place was so loud, it’s hard enough to get a 1 year old to sleep in a hotel without the loud drunk people outside late and loud people in rooms around you. We were expecting a more family centered hotel but I think this is really more for people traveling without kids maybe.

It was nice very clean very nice staff the pool is salt water doesn’t make your legs itch very clean only con we had was the ac in the wall wouldn’t let us change the temperature in the room and the room water was dry

The concierge were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. The room was tidy and the hotel was family friendly.

I was disappointed that there was no hot tub unlike the picture. Also the pool is tiny! The beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok, my kids were not impressed with the options.

I appreciated the sleeper sofa had a pull out mattress under the bed so it could accommodate 2 individuals sleeping separately.

The pool was extremely small and COLD! The hotel is outdated, the pictures make it look much better than it is. Staff was very unfriendly.
