In the section I was in, theparking was not great at all, not enough parking for the amount of rooms that they had out back. plus it was very very tight. As I came into the room there was a bad smell like something had died. The room was not very clean, they did as little as possible for Cleanliness.. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean.

The floors were not very clean, had a slippery texture. There were at minimum 4 roaches in the room.

It was very Pleasant

We were very disappointed at this property. First room was changed due to hair in the bed & roach on table. Second room had hair on pillow and a dried bar of soap on bathtub.. 4 pair of men work boots was outside of room. Both rooms smelled like smoke. I requested a refund and drove 45 minutes to Gainesville to stay at the Hilton.

The room I was given during checkin was a smoking room. I left the door open for more than an hour trying to clear the smell of cigarette smoke and mildew out of the air, but it was so strong I had to leave due to allergy attacks. There was no soap in the bathroom and the hotel did not offer breakfast or coffee in the morning (I asked when I checked in and was told they do not.) I checked out after being offered a second room and was told "I can put you in a different room, but that is a smoking room too." When I told them I did not book a smoking room, they said that if I left, I would be charged as it was past the cancellation deadline. I asked them how I would know the NON-smoking room I booked was actually a smoking room until I got there, and they just chuckled and said I would be charged anyway.

Filthy, smelly, noisy. I would definitely NOT recomend. Mold in the tub, bathroom door had a hole, smelled tobacco all over the place.

I stay here often when traveling for business and it's always been adequate. It still is, but there is a noticeable decline in the up keep and general cleanliness. If this trend continues I will take my business elsewhere.

The "office" chair was stuck in the lowest position, I went to the office to ask if they could either fix or replace it. they were not able to do either and suggested I use the other "side" chair instead. I did, but had to use two of the pillows off the bed to have a comfortable height
