Location! Next to the park!

AC not working. Almost impossible to spend time in the room during a hot day. Parking - there was no free spot, neither in their (paid) garage, nor in the street. Gym - some machines not properly functioning, some things broken.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg durch den Hofgarten und man ist an der Rheinpromenade.

Leider ein öffentliches WLAN Netzwerk vom Hotel. Ich hätte mir eins mit Passwort gewünscht. Öffentliche Netzwerke können unsicher sein.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Atmosphäre angenehm und das Personal jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fanden wir die ruhige Lage sowie den unkomplizierten Check-in. Auch die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Erwartungen und alles hat zuverlässig funktioniert.
