Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport

Beautiful facility, very well appointed room, excellent breakfast, landscaping extraordinary.

Luggage carts hard to find, and when found, too small.

Everything was perfect from check in to the room to check out! It was the perfect hotel and accommodated all our needs. The staff was exceptional! Especially Ms Kim at the front desk 😊

The breakfast was good, fresh eggs, several meat choices, waffles and good coffee. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom set up was a little awkward for a couple, the lights from the vanity shined right on the bed.

The suite

Prentiss jones was rude; you don’t have a smart tv; toilet in the room was leaking water. Phone did not work to call the front desk

The hotel was clean and the employees were friendly.

Location was convenient

They did not have the reservation in the system. The guest stood in line for 20 minutes listening to the front desk clerk and the cleaning person talk about a knife for another guest. They did not even recognize guest standing and awaiting service. When we talked about the reservation there was no sense of urgency or attempt to resolve the issue... It was like there is no reserevation... After finally finding that there was a reservation, the guest stood in line for another 35 minutes before being able to get in the room... Very unprofessional service at check-in

No signs to locate your room. You would have to walk more hallways to locate
