friendly receptionists, clean rooms, good location on I_95 and walking convenience to getting Starbucks plus food for dinner. Would stay again Thank you

The staff at the desk were very nice.

Our bed was not changed. We found a dirty pair of socks in it. We called down and got more sheets to change the bed ourselves. Reached out to Elva Richardson due to the issue and she never responded and still hasn't. Probably the dirtiest Hampton Inn room I've ever stayed at.

Hotel was clean-staff very welcoming.My assessable room was great-bathroom very large with everything needed.

check in time was 3pm. we arrived at 2 and were told that room wasn’t ready and no guarantee when ready. we sat in the lobby for 2 hours because we already ate. one desk staff member said they just came in and they always catch things undone by day shift. another thing-there were dogs everywhere!! some not on a leash!!!. we were eating in the dining area and 2 dogs were barking loudly at each other (2 different owners). the hotel smelled and on top of that , only 1 elevator worked. sometimes it took 10-15 minutes to get one. however, the kitchen staff and the maintenance staff were friendly and professional. would i stay there again? probably not. the scent did it for me.

All went well. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful.

Front desk was Friendly and quick check in. Plenty of parking. Room was a king suite and it was huge and very clean. Bathroom was spotless and well arranged. Plenty of towels. AC/Heat unit worked well. Pool was clean and hot tub as well. Kids enjoyed using them. Breakfast was really good. A lot of variety. Location was great, right off the highway.
