Hyatt Place Richmond Airport

There was no got water the entire time we stayed there due to constructing on the 7th floor

Stay away from room 406. The thermostat is broken and little tiny ants are everywhere. The room is quite spacious. The beds were too soft for me, but maybe others prefer a soft bed. The breakfast was good and the location was ideal for where we were going in Richmond. It is also walking distance from a restaurant and target

✅️ THE LOCATION FITS MY NEEDS. ✅️ THE ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE. ✅️ THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE. ✅️ MANY RESTAURANTS, AND SHOPPING STORES ARE NEAR BY. ✅️ THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. ✅️ THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE INTERSTATE.

❌️ I HAD TO REQUEST A DIFFERENT ROOM BECAUSE THE HEATER DID NOT WORK. ❌️ BUGS WERE BUGGING ME. ❌️ I GOT HURT IN THE BATHROOM SHOWERS ON MY ARMS AND HEAD WITH THE HOLDER TO PLACE THINGS ON THE WALL ON THE SHOWER SIDE; SHOULD BE PLACE ON THE OPPOSITE [REAR】SIDE FOR SAFETY. ❌️ I ONLY STAYED 3 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS AT THE AIRPORTS IN THE USA WITH FLIGHT CANCELATIONS AND DELAY; I SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED RIGHT A WAY. I WILL WAIT FOR BOOKING TO PAY ME MY MONEY.

Although the hotel under going renovation, staff informed us about lack of hot water in advance during check in. The facilities was kept clean as much as possible. No bad odor. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The area feels safe and easy access to major roads and highway. Lots of shopping stores around.

The TV remote is a problem, had to call front desk to get it working. In addition I wished the 6th floor room windows are not covered up during construction. Was not told about that. I like waking up to the sun raise. I stayed at many Hyatt property and I wish the breakfast options can be better. Was told about pancakes, french toast, fried eggs, there were none. It gets real boring after a while. Coffee is weak too. Many consumer are turning to keto diet. Time to up your game HYATT.

They wouldn’t let me stay or give me my money back

I didn’t like the show half door water was all on the floor also ladybug was in the entire room in the bed ,When getting off the elevator walking to my room all I smell was weed smoking

Location only plenty restaurants was there

Water was not warm or hot and heat did not work. Plastic covered windows and little light entered room. Hyatt must inform customers or fix issue in timely manner.
