Staff was pleasant and friendly.

The beds are extremely firm and not particularly comfortable. We didn't get much sleep. The bathroom was very clean except for the bottom seal of the shower walls. At the continental breakfast might have been good. They were open from 0600 to 1000. We were there around 0800, there were no eggs, only chicken sausage, no gravy. The only coffee available was decaffeinated. If the price per night had been lower I would have been okay with these items.

The room was clean and quiet. Parking good.

Keys didn't work. Staff rude told to find the maid on the floor to get towels, always long line at desk with no acknowledgement. Police at property at least twice. All ice machines not working.

The handicapped bathroom in the room we stayed in was a bit grungy. The bench wouldn't stay up in the shower and it has seen better days. I didn't request a handicapped accessible room.

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very helpful. Even gave my dog a treat. Always checked in with us daily to see how everything was going and to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Healthy breakfast options, and the "hot bar" of breakfast offered a nice variety. The queen (double bed) suite room that I stayed in was spacious and clean. Love the mini kitchenette area with sink, microwave, and mini fridge. Love that there was another sink for washing hands that was outside of the bathroom. Quiet hallways. Lots of parking spots! Near some restaurants and other stores (within walking distance!) Felt safe. The LEMON WATER was also great! Staff at front desk always pleasant and greeting me and my guest with a smile. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
