The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also liked the value of the room since we stayed during weeknights. Room was very clean and smelled good.

The commode gets clogged up easily, and the hallways need updated. The wallpaper and carpet looked dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. There were a couple of small holes in the hallway wall on the 3rd floor. The carpet in our room needs to be replaced. It is worn and dirty looking, but the dirty looking spots may have been stains and it felt clean when I walked on it.

The food was expensive but its VERY GOOD. The rooms are clean ans spacious. Its kids friendly. Staff the I ran across had great hospitality. Place is very secure . It's very nice.

I didn't like the the only thing for kids here is beautiful canvas to take pictures by the pool... which the pool is all my kids need but the POOL WAS FREEZING COLD!!!!!! It wasnt warm like the site stated it would be.

So much cigarette smell in lobby and casino area could ever go to casino and food prices could be a bit cheaper

I enjoyed the trip. However the only thing around to do is gambling. It said there was a few other things I looked for but saw literally nothing for miles. We did end up driving the 30 mins to Memphis for shopping and food

It took me 3 calls and I still had to go down and get my towels so I could leave by checkout time. I lost my $26 penn play points and no staff member there cared to help me out or much of anything really. The room phones are disconnected so I had to Google the hotel to call the front desk and still didn't get what I requested. And there's no food or anything after 10pm

We didn't eat breakfast there. It looked great we just met others and ate out.

The bed is the only complaint I have. The mattress was too hard for me. I literally left with a back ache!
