"Extremely rude hotel staff"

The security and restaurant staff were great and super nice and the ladies in the coffee shop.

The room was nasty , smelt musty and the air wouldn't work correctly. The hotel staff were extremely rude . One lady told my husband " you don't think I heard you" when there is clearly a sign that says ring for assistance. This same lady checked us in and seen both of us together refused to give him a key when he forgot his in the room and couldn't get back in. They also charged me 65 extra dollars when I had already paid over 165 online and it clearly said all I owed when I got there was 14.00 . Told me I would receive a refund at checkout I have not . I will never come back there . We came and spent a lot of money to be treated to ugly for no reason at all. I will not suggest this place to anyone either.

The base price is fair. They charged me $100 extra($50 I’m supposed to get back) for my pet and put me in a dilapidated room that nothing worked in.

The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. I realize they are a smoking facility so are the other casinos but they don’t smell like that. It was dirty. Most of the people that work there, at least the ones I encountered will not even acknowledge you are asking them something or need help with something
