Fantastic staff and location

Asked for a disabled room but was put on top floor very steep narrow stairs and had to try to climb into bath to take a shower this spoilt our stay

It was perfect the location is perfect and a short walk to the town room was very clean and tidy it was lovely and quiet all you could hear was the sea in the back ground we would absolutely go back and stay the staff was also welcoming and lovely

"Best hotel in Skegness"

We visit here from the USA every year and really enjoy it. We don’t play golf but appreciate being by the golf courses. We enjoy the restaurant and bar. We always walk to Skegness township (as opposed to drive) and find the walk decent and gets us moving. The rooms are rallying and well maintained.
