Friendly staff Our room was spotlessly clean Good food Good choice of drinks

We ate our lunch in the outside area at the front of the hotel Unlike the rest of the hotel, it needed a good clean Dirty tables, rubbish and food on the ground and cigarette ends everywhere. Quite disgusting really

The location was perfect where you can just walk into the town centre from beach path the hotel was lovely it was quiet no trouble all you could hear was the sea in the background it was clean and tidy it was just perfect for our anniversary

Slamming of the bedroom doors early in the morning and thumping on the floor above us waking us up 6am. Disappointed about the shower gell , only for one day! All hotels provide it nex to the shower or in sachets/plastic bottles every day.

I chose this hotel because I was in the area to walk part of the King Charles coastal path and it was close to the beach. It was also a little way outside the centre of Skegness which I thought would be really busy (I was right!). I booked a small single room so I knew what to expect. The room and bathroom were fine, and it is nice to have a bath when you've been walking! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel clearly caters mainly for golfers (unsurprisingly!). Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and was OK. I had fish and chips in the bar on one evening, which was again, fine. It was the healthiest thing I could find on the menu(!), and the portion was generous (even though I asked for a small one if possible). I thought overall that the hotel was a bit tired and could do with a refurb. The dining chairs in the bar area were a particular lowlight - peeling fake leather which came off on my dress, and stained. Given the hotel was tired I thought it was quite expensive for the area. However, the location was perfect for me.

This is the second time we have stayed and we love it. Lovely walk into Skegness, plenty of parking, clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. We stayed in the lodge and it was so quiet and in the hot weather nice and cool.

The staff were friendly, food was delicious. We had a bar meal and breakfast and both were lovely. Bedroom was spotless. Lovely hotel. Lovely location

The walls were very thin so we could hear everything in the rooms and hallway. Not the hotels fault really.

Heel heet binnen. Bijna geen ramen die open konden en dat terwijl het buiten aanzienlijk koeler was. Tevens geen lift aanwezig, wat lastig is als slecht trappen loopt. Wel rolstoel lift van receptie naar toilet/uitgang
