Zum Abendessen haben wir eine riesige Gruppe Hippos gesehen. Zum Frühstück Elefanten im Berg auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Das Personal war super freundlich, allen voran der junge Mitarbeiter vom Excellent Service.

Das Frühstück war reichlich, aber nicht der Unterkunft entsprechend. Es gab leider keinen Scheibenkäse oder regionale Produkte.

Hippo Hollow was our first stop in SA en route to the greater Kruger. We stopped for an overnight to break the long drive. It turns out it was a good choice. It was nice listening to the Hippos through the night. The location is excellent, the food is good and the restaurant has a good choice of drinks. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. A bit dark all in all – but that was no big deal. The service overall is good. We just had one brief unpleasant experience while sitting on the deck and wanting to keep the table (one of many) for dinner as we all had already gathered there for the afternoon. The reply was a bit rude – but all was good in the end. TIA 😉

Breakfast was good, location fine.

We had very wet weather. Only god can be blamed for that ! 🤣

Отель с большой зеленой территорией на берегу реки. Уютное, просторное бунгало с выходом к бассейну. Завтрак - шведский стол, достаточно разнообразный. Есть такой же вариант ужина по хорошей цене. Персонал очень гостеприимный Через лодж бронировали трансферы от и до аэропорта, сафари и панорамный маршрут. Все было прекрасно организовано - пунктуально. на удобных машинах, с отличными гидами

Ожидали встретить бегемотов на территории, но не получилось :)

Las vistas del bar .

No había carta , el desayuno malo igual que la cena . Además me timaron pensando que me hacían oferta en el safari y te lo cobran 3 veces más . Unos saca cuartos . Además 1 del personal se equivocó al traer un café de de más y muy malas formas . Exageradamente mal educada . Tuve que hablar con 2 superiores . Eso hace que las vacaciones no sean como esperas . Mala elección . No por pagar más es mejor .
