Would stay here again and again..

Nice hotel with friendly staffs and good environment.

The property was very nice but the staff was spectacular. We are a family of 5 and our transfer flight was cancelled. We had to find a hotel last minute and when we arrived Jasmine checked us in. She was so kind and understanding and created a really comfortable environment that turned our not so great situation into a happy end of the day. Thank you so much Jasmine for your superb customer service.

The hotel has been consistently lowering water pressure over the years. Showers are an important part of travel so it sucks when hotels make effort to make that less pleasant with each visit. The water pressure in the shower is now little more than a trickle.

Amazing place I will book here when I come visit Maryland.

The property is very nice to look at. The lobby area/bar is very nice. The bartender was very helpful and accommodating. BUT when we arrived we were told they had given our suite away. We called in advance to say we were delayed due to traffic. They said no worries, we have plenty of suites. We arrived at 8pm, with 4 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 4. They gave us connecting rooms but only 3 beds. And our cost was not adjusted. Very, very frustrating.

My family stayed here for one night prior to our cruise. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Staff was very friendly. It was close to the cruise port, would stay here again .

I was “upgraded” from a king bed to a queen bed. The nerve of people to call that an “upgrade” and act like they did me a favor.
