Homewood Suites by Hilton Hanover Arundel Mills

Mostly everything was good except the internet didn't work and a spider was in the room. Other than that the hotel is a GREAT place too stay. WE'RE BE BACK THE NEXT TIME WE VISIT THE AREA.

No parking. There is valet parking but guys are very angry to park your car and it’s so expensive

I bring my family here all the time and it’s always pleasant!

I booked a 1 bedroom suite but was put in a king suite. The hotel was EXTREMELY CROWDED! The hotel was like a club people was drinking, smoking, playing music and taking pictures all in front of the hotel at one point they were playing football in the parking lot. I've never seen anything like this before at any hotel.

I was double charged for the room. Now I have to worry that I will actually get a refund in an acceptable amount of time.

I was eating breakfast on what I believe is Friday morning and in walks a breath of fresh air Robert greeting everyone, even speaking Spanish to a man of Latin. background.

The staff at the front desk were horrible constantly deactivating our room keys. We had to visit the front desk 5 times in our 3 day stay to get new room keys made

The staff was nice, but we would have liked someone to come in and take out the trash or even give additional towels.

This place is getting worse. I stay here every month or two and it’s in decline. For example, I called the front desk this morning and let it ring at least 30 times. No one answered. I did that twice. And the toilet leaked.
