Homewood Suites by Hilton Hanover Arundel Mills

This hotel has been on a long decline for years now. The water pressure keeps getting less. The lighting in the bathroom still sucks. The clientele keeps getting worse and louder. The staff is more indifferent (I got a shrug from the front desk clerk when I complained to her about the incredibly loud room next doo. The parking lot is blocked off with trash and construction material. The snow removal was terrible. Only where cars drive was shovelled and the snow was pushed up against cars already parked. No snow was removed from outdoor walks or between cars, either, making the parking lot a hazard.

I was not made aware that the property was undergoing construction when I made the reservation. The hotel gave me a room that was directly next to and under the area being reconstructed. The room was dirty and the room had bugs.

Excellent front desk staff and customer service. The room and hotel was neat and clean.

One of the highlights of my stay was the seamless car rental experience. The process of returning the car couldn't have been easier or more convenient. The car rental return location is just a quick 4-minute drive from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for guests. This proximity allowed me to avoid the usual stress and hassle of returning a rental car, especially after a long journey. Rooms are nice and spacious, one king and sofa bed is good for 4
