Everything Staff Untidy rooms Broken furniture Broken ceiling Untidy curtains Rotten smelly rats Untidy balcony Mites in beds and sofas Untidy curtains Bathroom seems like was last cleaned in 2024🥺 Everything is not okay

Atleast they have hot bath water

First of all no welcoming at reception,the reception looked old fashioned and was just not welcoming,the staff did not even bother to tell us about services available at the hotel or what the hotel offers just gave us a key and told us to go to our room did not even bother to find out if there is anything that we need,then when we got to the unit it was not well kept outside we got inside we found a TV that is small and remote not working,small mirrors that shows only your ID face card the mirror in the bathrooms was dim and has lines running through it,there was only 1shower cap when we booked for 4guests 2 adults and 2 children,there was no phone that connected us to reception so we couldn't even call to ask for assistance if we had any questions about anything so it was just not what we expected from a Premier hotel as we have been been to one in Eastlon we were expecting to get something similar to that so we were so disappointed

It was beautiful and neat

Location was fine.

Bathroom not up to standard. Needs to be more clean. Better security. Ice to be provided Needs to be maintained

The venue is excellent 👌 and clean, quiet and is located in a good area, close to everything

The bar, too small, expensive and no variety Think your rooms must have small stoves and plates for those that prefer self catering and have all required utensils and plates etc
