Room was big with nice lounge and kitchen. all was clean BUT there was very little effort put into the rooms- the decor was minimal/none existent, there were draws without handles, the pictures are not true of the place.... we honestly felt alittle catfished- very spare throughout the entire hotel.

Reception was spare- the glass table was covered in dust... our room however was SPOTLESS! Cleaning staff were out of this world awesome so not sure whats up with reception area, very dark and unwelcoming, the place is bare... they could do SOOOOOOO much with this hotel, with a bit of effort, some flowers, a "canteen" , books, a games night.... anything.... there is very little happening at the actual hotel... it was a bit disappointing. no one really told you what was happing in or around the hotel, it was very much a guessing game.

Unfortunately for me breakfast was not included Location of the property is ok

I think they need to improve a little bit the rooms linen refering to bedding and curtains not up to standard

Dirty pillows,couch was very uncomfortable and old Dirty. I don't suggest this room rather book the private owned rooms on the property not the hotel. Not worth the money

We didn’t know there wouldn’t be wifi in the rooms. We are from overseas so we needed wifi to use our phones.

The stove was very slow and hard to work with the dials being placed incorrectly, no wifi in the rooms, Tv stopped working on our last night, plenty of neighbours in other rooms were incredibly loud late into the night.

I liked everything from the security guard to the receptionist as well as the room were nice, clean and comfortable everything was perfect

The plugs are too far from the bed

The breakfast and the kitchen staff were superb, they were friendly and welcoming plus their food was delicious…

There was no drinking water, there was no WiFi but when I did my booking it was written there is WiFi, the TV channels were only SABC 1, 2, 3 and ETV, that place doesn’t deserve even a single a single star, that place needs revamp or maintenance..

"The property was in poor condition. There was no Wi-Fi, and the lack of a lift meant carrying luggage to the second floor. The passageways were also dirty. Breakfast was okay, but there was only one person working in the kitchen, so I had to wait about 30 minutes after placing my order. The staff's attitude was disappointing and not up to standard."
