They cancelled my stay for 3 days because they had over-booked. My efforts to get a refund of more than R4200 is bearing no success. Kindly assist me get a refund since I booked through booking.com.

The place is very unkept, the toilet was broken, there was a continuous leak. The shower had grime, the room had a stench, there weren't enough towels, the lighting was bad, the staff reeked of alcohol. The water pressure was awful. It was a terrible experience We will not go back there!!!

Central to where we had to bed.

Rooms were stuffy. I had no hot water today. Other guests were very loud during the evening.i had no hot water this morning. No additional blanket provided in the room
