Great location A very quirky old hotel

The rooms vary hugely. This one was lovely. It’s a bit old fashioned and not always in a good way

Love room , welcoming, breakfast. No faults. Great

The comfy bed, views of the sea and it was good to have nice chairs and a table as well as a bed. Very filling breakfast with plenty of choices too.

Can't think of anything I didn't like except that we had to pay to park.

Lovely location right on the beach nice breakfast and a coffee machine in the room. Stunning views across the channel from the bedroom window and balcony

Balcony could do with an update as could the decor. Stains on the carpet and ceiling

Character of premises. Staff efficient and friendly. Comfortable rooms. Convenient parking

Building a little tired and in need of refurbishment.

Location and Nelson Suite

A bit rundown in places but it’s an old building

Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Both dinner and breakfast. Spacious, comfortable bedroom.

Very windy when we stayed so extractor fan in bathroom rattled.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with no hot water in my shower, they allowed me to use another room to shower in. When the problem couldn't be fixed they upgraded us to a balcony room. Service was impeccable. Breakfast was wonderful with a great choice of options.

There was nothing not to like.
