Friendly and helpful staff. Our suite was very roomy. Breakfast was free. They also offer a shuttle to the RTC for Naval Recruits graduating.

Having to sign in on the WiFi upon returning to our room if we left the hotel. You have to put your name and room number and watch an ad every time and this made it impossible for me to connect my Apple TV to the WiFi which I always travel with. It was just a pain in the butt. The other issue we had was the shuttle to the RTC. The drop off was fine but the pick up is at 11:30 AM CST and that is NOWHERE near enough time for our new sailors to be ready to leave the base for liberty after the graduation ceremony. The shuttle pick up should be adjusted accordingly!
