The pool area was clean.

The room was very cold , staff was unable to understand multiple request due to language barrier. The breakfast was limited cold and unappealing. The room itself it was outdated couch dirty .

Location to the venue.

Dirty coffee cup in microwave. Broken holder for shampoo in shower. Heat was blasting when we got there.
