In need of updating, especially the bathroom fixtures. The “Mixpresso” coffee machine and having to pay for the coffee pods, which made awful coffee.

By the ocean, courtesy beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Nice pool.

Because we used Booking.com, we were not able to get the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Hotel manager was difficult to get a hold during business hours.

Beautiful room, super-friendly staff everywhere. QUIET. Excellent restaurant. Easy (less than 5 minute walk) beach access. And, improbably enough in Vero Beach of all places, kind of a Chateau Marmont vibe (without the Hollywood posers) with the tucked away pool, winding paths, and nooks and crannies for sitting and enjoying the plant life and butterflies.

there is nothing to dislike about the caribbean court. the hotel, restaurant, and Havana Nights are enjoyable and more enjoyable.

The only thing the was a negative was the bed was to soft and the restaurants were not open on Monday and Tuesday

We stayed 2 nights and it was hard to leave! It's so quaint, quiet, clean, with homey touches that are hard to find these days. Amy the innkeeper was kind and caring, even helping my husband carry the luggage up the stairs on our arrival. The bed was super comfy and TV was new and had all the streaming apps. Plenty of room with a mini-kitchen and couch with a coffee table. The balcony is nice to sit out on with a pool view. When rain spoiled the plans for a 4th of July poolside cookout, Amy served fresh hot pizza and spa water in the Office and helped us carry it out and find a spot to enjoy it under the umbrella. The pool is super clean and water was the perfect temperature. The breakfast basket delivered to our room in the mornings was delicious and fresh. Fresh croissants with butter and jam, oranges, apples, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and fresh local orange juice. The espresso maker in the room worked perfectly and it was delicious. We're a retired couple and we really enjoyed being pampered and made to feel welcome. We went to Havana Nights piano bar on the second night. The tables require a reservation so we ate salad and dessert at the bar, listening to a great singer and enjoying the friendliness and help with ordering by their pleasant bartender. Colleen the owner of the restaurants stopped by to see how we were doing! All in all, we couldn't be made to feel more special by every staff member, including the housekeepers. It's our second time at this sweet place and we'll be back for sure!
