Good variety for breakfast just wish they kept up with stocking it.

The customer service was awful. Unfortunately I forgot my ID, which I know is on me, but this trip was prepaid and I had my reservation confirmation email. The lady at the desk would not even bat an eyelash, she did not care until my husband came and escalated the situation to take it to corporate. That's when she got a manager involved and they went off my credit card and costco member card...mind you it didnt even have my correct last name. So, that was all a little ridiculous. The room was not clean. You can tell they just change sheets and thats it because there was other peoples hair on our bed. To end our stay, we were locked out of our rooms at 1030am and housekeeping barged into our room with no notice.

Room AC noisy Very Noisy from outside when windy breakfast too simple for the price

The hotel appeared to be rather new - everything was clean, the hotel was quiet and the accommodations excellent.
