"Stay is good, except for breakfast."

Complimentary breakfast in most other hotels are at 6am-10 am. Yours is 7:00 am-9:30 am; it is shorter. You’ll see long lines of people and some are standing eating. Not too good. If you shorten the breakfast, add more tables and chairs and add lines of food.

"Exceptional"

Prompt and excellent communication. Nice room as well as facilities. The bed with so comfortable I reached out in the morning and asked for details and a well-appointed kitchen. Nice view on the upper level and quiet. The gym in grounds were great. Nice and clean and in my opinion much better than even a Marriott stay. Everything I needed to know was communicated before I even arrived such as the door code and other important factors.
