Great location near to CiWalk, a nice happening shopping mall. Hotel staff were really courteous and helpful. Breakfasts spread was good. Large and spacious room. Only downsides were bath shower water was weak, no hot water only warm and sometimes cold water only, faulty tap - bathroom problems. Bedsheets, comforters, towels are old and worn out, and not well cleaned. Also, housekeeping "forgot" to make up our room one day though we were out the whole day! We got back late in the evening and had to ask for fresh towels, etc. However, overall would still rate this hotel as excellent, thanks mainly to the extremely friendly and helpful reception and banquet staff.

Buffet breakfast is very nice. It would be better if the tea and coffee pots are placed outside the counter for hotel guests to self service. Other than that everything is perfect. Will book and stay there again during my next golfing holidays. Thank you so much:-)

It was a nice comfortable stay in the midst of a busy street. However it is assessible to the streets of Cihampelas and the shoppings around the area

5 days, 4 night stay. No tissue box in the bedroom. No disposable toothbrush provided. No disposable toothpick provided. Sink was choked on the first day; rectified the next morning. Front desk staff did not get back to our queries as promised. TV picture poor resolution cannot be improved.

Good service and excellent location! You are right on the Jeans street in Bandung and about 5 minutes away from Ciwalk, a good place to explore different types of food. Nice to walk around after work meetings!

It is located in the CBD. Excellent place to stay if you are also interested in shopping. You can walk to places like Ci walk and Cihampelas street. A colleague sprained her ankle. The hotel staff and manager was very helpful. They got their driver to send her to the Advent Hospital.
