"Friendly service and nice to stay."

Check in was swift but room was not ready however the receptionist was quick to get me a room within 15 mins, she done well. Staff friendly and polite. Breakfast spread reasonablly good and service too. Check out fast too. Overall I am happy with this property and certainly recommended. Note - due to the construction of "Sky Walk" just in front of the the hotel. road is closed at night so coming back to the hotel is a bit of a hassle.

"Nice Hotel"

First time in this hotel. Satisfied with the room, the staff n even breakfast was good. My children enjoyed the swimming pool n the gym. Room is big n clean. Also near to Ciwalk. Would book this hotel again if we were planning to go to Bandung again in the future.

"Convenient and clean hotel. Beautiful lobby"

The area was undergoing some constructions at night. Can get a little noisy due to it. Will be better to get a room facing away from the main road. 5mins walk to nearby Ci-Walk shopping area. Centralized and easily accessible to the north and south attractions.

"Nice hotel, very close to ciwalk."

I love everything especially the overall cleanliness and breakfast buffet. EXCEPT the provided shampoo! My hair turned frizzy like hell. I did use provided shampoo in other hotels before, never happened this way. So, to other guests, please please please use your own shampoo or you need to invest in hair treatment later! ALSO, was quite surprise to know that we were sharing the pool with favehotel guests since we chose aston for the lesser pool user. Why must we pay more when we have to share that facility with guests from cheaper hotel. I guess I should stay in fave next time!

"Bad experience"

Bad experience . Bedsheets was dirty. Noisy outside the hotel in the midnight, asked to change room was given a upgrade however the Aircon was not working well and the outside road construction noise make it worst. Only good thing is within walking distance to shopping . Breakfast was bad . Will not stay again .

"Great value for your money"

Great location for shopping and food court. Service is excellent, the staff are very friendly. The available full gym is a plus for those who can't miss a daily work out. The free breakfast buffet is great with choices of local and western offerings. i would recommend this hotel to my friend and family. Overall a great value for your money.

"Local and fashion goods, side by side shopping "

If you prefer shopping locally made goods and branded fashion offerings, this could be the place, all within a few steps of this hotel but be cautious of the street traffic. Compared to Paris Van Java, Ci-walk is equally good, shopping and food wise - my 13yo son who doesn't like shopping, bought 3 t-shirts, but PVJ doesn't have street foods; compared to Rumah Mode, this is better, although RM does have lots of "very value for money" stuff you can buy - my wife bought five pairs of shoes for IDR1.5M. Taxi to airport is only IDR15K excluding carpark exit fee.

"Excellent"

+ The room was great, clean and comfortable bed, water pressure was fast so it's so fast to fulfill the bathtub - hot water was not hot enough, WiFi was very poor from our room (floor 5th)
