That they will knock at your door 5 minutes before checking out and that’s not good. It looks like they trying to kick you out the place. It needs new management or new staff

The location

So I booked a room online,it gave me the option to pay at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the female owner told me that my booking was no good because the price given on the booking site was incorrect. The she proceeded to tell me that I could not get a non smoking room like the room I requested. We went back and forth exchanging words on the situation. It was late and I was tired so I told her I would just take the smoking room. But not until she was finished talking to me like a child about it being her property and some other things. Once given the room key she was still going on about what they did and did not allow in the hotel to which I replied " this is not my first stay at a hotel and I would appreciate it If she would just let me get to the room for some rest She called it being rude to cut her off Got to the room, burn holes in all blankets, smelled horrible,and roaches everywhere,tiny ones especially in the restroom Tried to contact the front desk and tell them about it,to which the female owner replied they would take care of them when I left! Straight Bull Shit! Would not switch my room either NEVER STAYING WITH THEM AGAIN

I was not liking the vibe as I walked in.

That they locked the door at 9 pm. What’s that about?
