Did not have a complaint.

I stay here several times a year when I’m in town for work. The rooms are always clean, the a/c is always cold, the showers are always hot with good water pressure, the cable always works, and the staff is delightful.

Room smelled dirty as well as the carpet

Where do i begin? It use to be a quick and clean spot for ya know get in and get out! Peep this instead of the BATES MOTEL this need to be called the "Roach Motel" Get some Raid...FUMIGATION WOULD BE NICE. MY skin still crawling. O left stuff so i would bring home no carry-on guests! Even when i pulled back the blankets it was ROACHES UNDER THE COVERS. I slept in the chair but still felt HE'BE-GEEE-BEES,! Everytime you check into one of their establishments they always charge an extra 5,10, but $20 because they say the App didnt charge enough, or key deposit, thats a double, or king size (no matter what,ots gonna change at the check-in and the APP didn't charge enough so they losing money and its non refundable.

Room was cleaned and quiet

The Staff at the front desk. They looked serious and had no smile because I was new in the area, they looked serious not friendly, so I never asked except when my key was not working, the Lady was upset because I asked more than once. Maybe they are older need smiling people.
